Our Shipping Policy
All products are made to order to ensure high-quality products and we endeavor to process orders within 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or for any reason, there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to let you know. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Orders are automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Please provide a physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will contact you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address, but it may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. In this situation we will give you all the details you need to contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RATES
Orders sent within New Zealand are shipped via PBT and require a signature as proof of delivery. Within New Zealand we offer flat rate shipping of $6.00 up to 3kgs + free shipping on orders over $100.
All our products are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials as part of our quest to reduce the use of plastic, then sent to the shipping address supplied. Please check all parcels you receive from Made by Me carefully before signing for them. By signing for consigned goods when delivered, you are formally accepting that you received the goods in a satisfactory condition. If your order is damaged when you receive it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as a claim will need to be filed with the Carrier. Made by Me is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and a claim needs to be laid directly with the Carrier. We will however do our best to find a mutually acceptable solution if your order does get damaged in transit.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. If any products purchased are not as described, or are faulty in any way, we will accept the return of your goods and offer you a full refund without delay.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please note that we are not obliged to accept products for a refund if you simply change your mind. If you are in any doubt about a products suitability, please contact us before making your purchase. We are more than happy to help you make the right choice.
